Jen, here's a question for you about allergy testing - if you haven't been eating something, then your body stops making antibodies to it & wouldn't that make your test show negative? The dr said that's why gluten is negative for me, but if Caleb hasn't been eating those foods, why is he still showing positive for them? I'm so confused about this!!!
he does eat eggs, milk and soy if they are cooked in foods. Eggs are the highest for him at a level 3. The dr said because he eats them cooked into food that he's been building a tolerance to them.
