Recognizing God's Hand

Most everyone knows that I had to get a quick flight to Florida to see my Dad. Friday things didn't really look good for him, but once he saw all of us he has had made major improvements. I loved President Eyrings talk about recognizing God's hand in our lives. It has inspired me to journal the experiences I have for my kids and for when I am feeling alone. I know this sounds odd but I have seen and felt Heavenly Father's hand in my life greatly over the past few days. I was so glad to attend church this morning to sit and listen to the speakers talk about priesthood blessing for the sick, keeping a journal and preparing for the day Jesus Christ comes again. All of these things have been on my mind lately. I know that God lives, I know that he loves me just the way I am and is always encouraging me to be better so that I can live with him again. That he misses me more than I miss my boys right now(which is a whole lot). I am also grateful for the knowledge of the plan of salvation and that things will be O.K. even if they don't go as we have planned.

I just want to thank everyone who has helped and have offered to help Eric while I'm here. It has been such a comfort in such a difficult time to know that you all are here for my family.
