Just to Brag

I was a bit nervous to go to parent teacher conference on Wednesday night because of the last talk we had with Ethan's teacher. But I was pleased. She had tested him on letter recognition, phonics, counting, his ability to rhyme and reciting his phone number and address. The first week of school out of 54 letters he was able to identify 28 and this time he was able to identify 50. Out of 33 letter sounds he was able to identify 14 this time he was able to identify 32. He was able to recite his phone number and only the street, town and state of his address and to rhyme. Overall the teacher was impressed with is improvement she said "he has done awesome"
